- Create tasks with full context: prefix/ID, workflow & status, company, contact, assignee, due date. (Activity history is tracked automatically.)
- Deep task structure: sub-tasks, products/line items, attachments.
- Notes & Activity feed: add notes; see who changed what and when.
- Configurable workflows & Kanban: customize columns and drag-and-drop status.
- Live updates: real-time sync for task changes.
Time Clock — New module
- Approval workspace: view all entries, filter by date/employee/team, open details (start/end/duration/notes), and approve individually or in bulk.
- Review controls: edit/delete incorrect sessions; read notes (incl. media) in a clean modal.
