- Documents — A shared file library for your company. Upload by drag-and-drop or from the Upload button, organise files into folders, add YouTube videos that play without leaving the page, and preview documents in the browser. Mark any file or folder as applying to a vehicle group, a vehicle type or an employee group, filter and sort the list, and restore anything you delete from Trash.
- Chat notifications clear themselves — Read a conversation and its notifications disappear from your browser and from your other devices and stop counting toward your unread total, instead of sitting there for messages you have already seen. On iPhone every unread message now stays in the notification list grouped by conversation, rather than each one replacing the last.
⚡ Improvements
- Fulfilling a maintenance alert — The dialog fills in the vehicle's current engine hours and odometer for you, stops you picking a completion date in the future, takes several photos at once, and lays out properly on a phone.
- Search results show when an item was created — The date on a result is the date it was created rather than the date it was last changed.
🐞 Fixes
- Maintenance — The time recorded when you fulfil an alert is correct; an alert closed in the afternoon used to be saved with the wrong hour.
- Chat — Messages posted by an automated integration alert the channel's members the same as a message from a person, instead of arriving silently for whoever happened to have the channel open.
- QR codes — Scanning a sticker you have released no longer offers the forms for the vehicle or asset it used to be on, and the scan is still recorded so you can see that a retired sticker is in use somewhere.
- Forms — The check-in and check-out icons on asset forms were the wrong way round and now match the action.
