Managing fleets, tasks, and data just got a lot easier! The Fleet Chaser dashboard has been completely redesigned to improve usability and bring a game-changing feature: Customization.

Most dispatchers still drag tomorrow's jobs onto the board every morning. Schedule Automation removes the ritual — set a rule on a workflow once, and planned tasks promote themselves onto the active board when their start time is near. It reacts when plans change, and you can still promote any job by hand in one click.

Permissions decide who on your team can see and do what. Admins can do everything; everyone else gets access through groups you build, so each role gets exactly what it needs and nothing more. Here is how to set it up in the Console under Employees.

That’s why we rebuilt and expanded the Fleet Chaser Events System. Now, with a cleaner interface and more flexible rules, Events is open to every Fleet Chaser customer.

Drafts fix that: while you build a task, Fleet Chaser saves it automatically, so you can step away and pick up exactly where you left off. A draft stays private and silent — no task number, no notifications — until you press Create task.

We've launched Time Clock, a fully integrated system that lets employees track their time with clarity — and gives managers the tools to approve and manage everything without the guesswork. Built into both the Employee App and the Console, this feature helps eliminate timesheet chaos and brings structure to your team's day-to-day work tracking.

The last activity view is already in your account. This feature enables you to instantly view info on trucks’ activity in certain locations. No need to search info on the last activity manually: it will be displayed neatly right next to each location’s name. Stay updated and have a nice day ahead!

Geofencing leverages GPS or RFID technology to establish virtual perimeters around physical locations, granting fleet managers meticulous control and invaluable insights. You know where your vehicle is. But do you know what's happening around it? That's why we introduced the Cameras Overview tab in Fleet Chaser. Now, dispatchers, safety managers, or operations leads can quickly see exactly what's going on - directly through the cameras installed in your vehicles.
