Schedule Automation removes the ritual — set a rule on a workflow once, and planned tasks promote themselves onto the active board when their start time is near. It reacts when plans change, and you can still promote any job by hand in one click.

The Progress tab is the single place that shows how a task was actually worked — built from real entries drivers create as they go, not a summary someone reassembled later. A per-employee timeline, live per-product totals, and a filterable log of every load and delivery, with every edit kept on the activity log so corrections never erase the truth.

Finding useful data and utilizing it properly is a stepping stone towards running an efficient fleet. However, many fleet management systems are unoptimized, and crucial data either gets lost or underused. The new navigation is available in your user account, log in and check it out. 🌝 Hover over the toolbar or to the main workspace. Both sections will unfold, making it convenient to work in every one of them. The maps will also unfold, providing a larger view to see every little detail.

Some jobs are too big for one driver. Multi-assignee tasks let you put the whole crew on a single task — each person with their own vehicle, status, and progress — while loads and deliveries are counted automatically into one shared total.

The last activity view is already in your account. This feature enables you to instantly view info on trucks’ activity in certain locations. No need to search info on the last activity manually: it will be displayed neatly right next to each location’s name. Stay updated and have a nice day ahead!
