You know where your vehicle is. But do you know what's happening around it? That's why we introduced the Cameras Overview tab in Fleet Chaser. Now, dispatchers, safety managers, or operations leads can quickly see exactly what's going on - directly through the cameras installed in your vehicles.

Geofencing leverages GPS or RFID technology to establish virtual perimeters around physical locations, granting fleet managers meticulous control and invaluable insights. It addresses concerns such as driver behavior monitoring, unauthorized asset use prevention, streamlined administrative tasks, load counting, and improved safety compliance. To gain a comprehensive understanding of the tangible benefits geofencing offers, let's delve deeper into its functionality.

We’re thrilled to present new navigation in Fleet Chaser. The new navigation not only streamlines your workflow, but also helps us roll out all the new features: notifications, dispatching, maintenance work orders, and more. The new navigation is available in your user account, log in and check it out. 🌝 Hover over the toolbar or to the main workspace. Both sections will unfold, making it convenient to work in every one of them. The maps will also unfold, providing a larger view to see every little detail.

The map's History view is now a full replay of a vehicle's day. Pick a date to see the whole route, a timeline of every trip, stop, and idle, and replay it second by second with speed, engine, altitude, and camera data - plus power and battery health on the Details tab.

Permissions decide who on your team can see and do what. Admins can do everything; everyone else gets access through groups you build, so each role gets exactly what it needs and nothing more. Here is how to set it up in the Console under Employees.

We are excited to introduce Fleet Chaser Chat, a brand-new feature designed to enhance communication and collaboration within your company. Whether you're coordinating fleet operations, managing employees, or discussing important updates, our chat functionality is built to support your needs.

The way teams collaborate is changing. Whether you're coordinating field crews, managing office projects, or overseeing multi-location operations, the old methods of sticky notes, phone calls, and endless email chains just don't cut it anymore. We're excited to announce the launch of Tasks – a revolutionary feature that transforms how your entire organization plans, assigns, and completes work. This isn't just about field operations; it's about creating seamless workflows across every department, every role, and every location in your business.

What does it take to develop a fleet management budget that will support you on the way to your business goals?
