Managing a fleet isn’t just about tracking dots on a map. It’s about knowing exactly what’s happening — and reacting before small issues become big problems. That’s why we rebuilt and expanded the Fleet Chaser Events System. Now, with a cleaner interface and more flexible rules, Events is open to every Fleet Chaser customer.

Reventive maintenance is paramount to sustaining your fleet’s health and minimizing downtime. It’s crucial to have a solid preventive protocol to ensure your vehicles are in top shape for as long as possible; however, creating a preventive maintenance plan or schedule from scratch is impossible without the right tools. We advise fleet managers/owners to get familiar with the best practices you can implement to optimize fleet downtime prevention. We’ve listed down five most crucial tips: save them to make sure your business is on its way to growth!

You know where your vehicle is. But do you know what's happening around it? That's why we introduced the Cameras Overview tab in Fleet Chaser. Now, dispatchers, safety managers, or operations leads can quickly see exactly what's going on - directly through the cameras installed in your vehicles.

Setting up a real job takes a few minutes — a route, products, a crew, a schedule. Get interrupted halfway and that half-built task used to be gone. Drafts fix that: while you build a task, Fleet Chaser saves it automatically, so you can step away and pick up exactly where you left off. A draft stays private and silent — no task number, no notifications — until you press Create task.

Hi folks! Let us brighten up your mood :) We're excited to introduce Live Share, enabling real-time sharing of vehicle information with your customers. Customers in the dark about their delivery? Customers don’t know where the truck is? Partner companies can’t access vehicle status? These are hurdles of the past! With Live Share, you can now effortlessly share your vehicles with customers, partners, and colleagues in a secure and customizable manner.

A construction dispatcher fields the same four calls all day — where are you, did you finish, when's the truck coming, which site. None are emergencies, but together they burn about two hours. Here's where the time goes — and the first call to move off the phone.

Live Share update: share a vehicle by link and let your customer see not just the live map, but the route history for the exact days you worked their site.

We are excited to introduce Fleet Chaser Chat, a brand-new feature designed to enhance communication and collaboration within your company. Whether you're coordinating fleet operations, managing employees, or discussing important updates, our chat functionality is built to support your needs.
