Some jobs are too big for one driver. Multi-assignee tasks let you put the whole crew on a single task — each person with their own vehicle, status, and progress — while loads and deliveries are counted automatically into one shared total.

You shouldn't have to stop and figure out where to look for something in Fleet Chaser. You should be able to type its name and be on its page a second later. That's what we rebuilt Search around. There are two searches now, and they're good at different things. - Quick Search — the box in the top bar — is for getting somewhere fast. - Advanced Search is for the times a name isn't enough: when you want to filter a list, search by something other than a name, or pull in archived records.

A construction dispatcher fields the same four calls all day — where are you, did you finish, when's the truck coming, which site. None are emergencies, but together they burn about two hours. Here's where the time goes — and the first call to move off the phone.

Route Planning turns a multi-stop job from "an address typed into the task description" into a real itinerary you draw on a map. Color-coded Load, Delivery, and Job Site checkpoints, drag to reorder, addresses or saved Locations, and an Employee App that walks the driver through the route in order — including the Job Site stops that hold the line until the work there is logged.

The last activity view is already in your account. This feature enables you to instantly view info on trucks’ activity in certain locations. No need to search info on the last activity manually: it will be displayed neatly right next to each location’s name. Stay updated and have a nice day ahead!

Managing multiple companies can be a challenge, especially when you constantly need to log in and out of different accounts. If you worked for more than one company, switching between them required logging out and logging in again, which was time-consuming and inconvenient.

Time Approval now opens a full Session Details view of every shift before you sign off, and the new Pay Period screen turns approved hours into a click-to-pay workflow. Together they cover the whole stretch from clock-out to paycheck — without leaving Fleet Chaser.

Setting up a real job takes a few minutes — a route, products, a crew, a schedule. Get interrupted halfway and that half-built task used to be gone. Drafts fix that: while you build a task, Fleet Chaser saves it automatically, so you can step away and pick up exactly where you left off. A draft stays private and silent — no task number, no notifications — until you press Create task.
