We are excited to introduce Fleet Chaser Chat, a brand-new feature designed to enhance communication and collaboration within your company. Whether you're coordinating fleet operations, managing employees, or discussing important updates, our chat functionality is built to support your needs.

Managing multiple companies can be a challenge, especially when you constantly need to log in and out of different accounts. Previously, Fleet Chaser users were limited to managing just one company at a time. If you worked for more than one company, switching between them required logging out and logging in again, which was time-consuming and inconvenient.

We’re thrilled to present new navigation in Fleet Chaser. The new navigation not only streamlines your workflow, but also helps us roll out all the new features: notifications, dispatching, maintenance work orders, and more. The new navigation is available in your user account, log in and check it out. 🌝 Hover over the toolbar or to the main workspace. Both sections will unfold, making it convenient to work in every one of them. The maps will also unfold, providing a larger view to see every little detail.

Customers don’t know where the truck is? Partner companies can’t access vehicle status? These are hurdles of the past! With Live Share, you can now effortlessly share your vehicles with customers, partners, and colleagues in a secure and customizable manner.

The way teams collaborate is changing. Whether you're coordinating field crews, managing office projects, or overseeing multi-location operations, the old methods of sticky notes, phone calls, and endless email chains just don't cut it anymore. We're excited to announce the launch of Tasks – a revolutionary feature that transforms how your entire organization plans, assigns, and completes work. This isn't just about field operations; it's about creating seamless workflows across every department, every role, and every location in your business.

The last activity view is already in your account. This feature enables you to instantly view info on trucks’ activity in certain locations. No need to search info on the last activity manually: it will be displayed neatly right next to each location’s name. Stay updated and have a nice day ahead!

The most critical components of a fleet are the drivers and the vehicles. It is important that good driving behavior is monitored and encouraged, and fleets are kept safe.. Dash cameras make it possible to catch irresponsible driving early, provide concrete evidence in the event of an accident, and, most importantly, avoid them.

Time Approval now opens a full Session Details view of every shift before you sign off, and the new Pay Period screen turns approved hours into a click-to-pay workflow. Together they cover the whole stretch from clock-out to paycheck — without leaving Fleet Chaser.

Fleet Chaser navigation just got an upgrade — dark theme, grouped sections, and a collapsible sidebar with 3 states. Here's what changed and where things moved.
