Customers don’t know where the truck is? Partner companies can’t access vehicle status? These are hurdles of the past! With Live Share, you can now effortlessly share your vehicles with customers, partners, and colleagues in a secure and customizable manner.

We’ve refreshed the platform’s look, focusing on a more user-friendly design. The new interface not only looks more attractive but is also designed to boost your productivity by making navigation simpler.

Setting up a real job takes a few minutes — a route, products, a crew, a schedule. Get interrupted halfway and that half-built task used to be gone. Drafts fix that: while you build a task, Fleet Chaser saves it automatically, so you can step away and pick up exactly where you left off. A draft stays private and silent — no task number, no notifications — until you press Create task.

Managing a fleet is not just about tracking vehicles—it’s about staying informed, reacting instantly to critical events, and making better business decisions. That’s why we are launching the Fleet Chaser Event System, a powerful, customizable tool that lets you create rules tailored specifically to your company’s needs and receive real-time alerts when key events occur.

Managing operations across fleets and teams can often get tangled in miscommunication or clarity. To solve this, Fleet Chaser's Status Management feature brings clarity and ease to your operations. Whether it's a vehicle needing maintenance or an employee unavailable due to a sick day, statuses provide instant visibility into availability and readiness.

Route Planning turns a multi-stop job from "an address typed into the task description" into a real itinerary you draw on a map. Color-coded Load, Delivery, and Job Site checkpoints, drag to reorder, addresses or saved Locations, and an Employee App that walks the driver through the route in order — including the Job Site stops that hold the line until the work there is logged.

Unexpected downtime presents a tangible setback for your fleet. Not only is your asset now off the road, but you have to tweak your operations and allocate finances to accommodate for it.

Most dispatchers still drag tomorrow's jobs onto the board every morning. Schedule Automation removes the ritual — set a rule on a workflow once, and planned tasks promote themselves onto the active board when their start time is near.
