Setting up a real job takes a few minutes — a route, products, a crew, a schedule. Get interrupted halfway and that half-built task used to be gone. Drafts fix that: while you build a task, Fleet Chaser saves it automatically, so you can step away and pick up exactly where you left off. A draft stays private and silent — no task number, no notifications — until you press Create task.

Ever needed to record specific vehicle information that you can’t quite assign to your existing data categories? With notes, important vehicle details are safe in one place, always at your disposal. This can be repair shop inspections, vehicle documents, legal information, etc.

Fleet Management Software: A Compelling Investment for 2024 Nowadays, fleet management has the potential to be ramped up to unprecedented speeds and simplified, yet it can carry much more complex data and realize sophisticated tasks. Pen-and-paper fleet management methods have become competitively disadvantaged, if not obsolete. Innovative fleet solutions are a prerequisite for running a successful fleet — their long list of powerful features and benefits attests to this. If you were contemplating making the jump to fleet software, let this be a solidifying, factual overview of the solution’s advantages to dispel your doubts.

Route Planning turns a multi-stop job from "an address typed into the task description" into a real itinerary you draw on a map. Color-coded Load, Delivery, and Job Site checkpoints, drag to reorder, addresses or saved Locations, and an Employee App that walks the driver through the route in order — including the Job Site stops that hold the line until the work there is logged.

But your drivers may need to be on board with that decision. How do you do what’s best for your drivers and fleet without harming driver trust while juggling legal concerns? Not to worry. Here are crucial points to keep in mind in your efforts to equip your fleet with dash cams while preserving driver privacy:

The most critical components of a fleet are the drivers and the vehicles. It is important that good driving behavior is monitored and encouraged, and fleets are kept safe.. Dash cameras make it possible to catch irresponsible driving early, provide concrete evidence in the event of an accident, and, most importantly, avoid them.

Operating a fleet requires greater-scale management to ensure performance optimization, expense reduction, and efficient cost distribution. Without outlining a budget that keeps track of every expenditure and point of resource consumption, financing and running a fleet business becomes very complicated and unproductive.

With simplified Global Search, every team member who will be interacting with the software will save valuable time — and, in the long run, all those shortcuts add up, enabling you to focus longer on making crucial decisions for business prosperity, rather than just managing operations.

Fleet Chaser navigation just got an upgrade — dark theme, grouped sections, and a collapsible sidebar with 3 states. Here's what changed and where things moved.
