What does it take to develop a fleet management budget that will support you on the way to your business goals? In this short guide will cover the determining aspects you should keep in mind and strategies to employ when drawing up a fleet budget. But first, let’s clarify — why is it imperative to have one? 🤔

Unexpected downtime presents a tangible setback for your fleet. Not only is your asset now off the road, but you have to tweak your operations and allocate finances to accommodate for it.

Hi folks! Let us brighten up your mood :) We're excited to introduce Live Share, enabling real-time sharing of vehicle information with your customers. Customers in the dark about their delivery? Customers don’t know where the truck is? Partner companies can’t access vehicle status? These are hurdles of the past! With Live Share, you can now effortlessly share your vehicles with customers, partners, and colleagues in a secure and customizable manner.

Fleet Chaser chat keeps every conversation right next to the routes, tasks, and time clock your team already works in. Over the past few months we've made it clearer to use and steadier out in the field — reply to specific messages, share files with cleaner previews, and stay connected even when the signal drops.

Permissions decide who on your team can see and do what. Admins can do everything; everyone else gets access through groups you build, so each role gets exactly what it needs and nothing more. Here is how to set it up in the Console under Employees.

We've launched Time Clock, a fully integrated system that lets employees track their time with clarity — and gives managers the tools to approve and manage everything without the guesswork. Built into both the Employee App and the Console, this feature helps eliminate timesheet chaos and brings structure to your team's day-to-day work tracking.

Discover our major updates to the Dash Camera section, designed to streamline your fleet management: - Enhanced Camera Interface: Enjoy an updated design with a new timeline feature for easy video status tracking. - Improved Live Section: Clearer status indicators for real-time camera monitoring. - Upgraded Saved Media Section: Organized media tabs and date sorting for effortless access to your recordings. Explore these new features for a more efficient fleet management experience.

Live Share update: share a vehicle by link and let your customer see not just the live map, but the route history for the exact days you worked their site.

You know where your vehicle is. But do you know what's happening around it? That's why we introduced the Cameras Overview tab in Fleet Chaser. Now, dispatchers, safety managers, or operations leads can quickly see exactly what's going on - directly through the cameras installed in your vehicles.
