We’re thrilled to present new navigation in Fleet Chaser. The new navigation not only streamlines your workflow, but also helps us roll out all the new features: notifications, dispatching, maintenance work orders, and more. The new navigation is available in your user account, log in and check it out. 🌝 Hover over the toolbar or to the main workspace. Both sections will unfold, making it convenient to work in every one of them. The maps will also unfold, providing a larger view to see every little detail.

Ever needed to record specific vehicle information that you can’t quite assign to your existing data categories? With notes, important vehicle details are safe in one place, always at your disposal. This can be repair shop inspections, vehicle documents, legal information, etc.

Time Approval now opens a full Session Details view of every shift before you sign off, and the new Pay Period screen turns approved hours into a click-to-pay workflow. Together they cover the whole stretch from clock-out to paycheck — without leaving Fleet Chaser.

The most critical components of a fleet are the drivers and the vehicles. It is important that good driving behavior is monitored and encouraged, and fleets are kept safe.. Dash cameras make it possible to catch irresponsible driving early, provide concrete evidence in the event of an accident, and, most importantly, avoid them.

Managing operations across fleets and teams can often get tangled in miscommunication or clarity. To solve this, Fleet Chaser's Status Management feature brings clarity and ease to your operations. Whether it's a vehicle needing maintenance or an employee unavailable due to a sick day, statuses provide instant visibility into availability and readiness.

The last activity view is already in your account. This feature enables you to instantly view info on trucks’ activity in certain locations. No need to search info on the last activity manually: it will be displayed neatly right next to each location’s name. Stay updated and have a nice day ahead!

Permissions decide who on your team can see and do what. Admins can do everything; everyone else gets access through groups you build, so each role gets exactly what it needs and nothing more. Here is how to set it up in the Console under Employees.

Forms is live in the Console, and the questions in it are yours. Write what your business needs to know, point it at the trucks it applies to, and publish.

You shouldn't have to stop and figure out where to look for something in Fleet Chaser. You should be able to type its name and be on its page a second later. That's what we rebuilt Search around. There are two searches now, and they're good at different things. - Quick Search — the box in the top bar — is for getting somewhere fast. - Advanced Search is for the times a name isn't enough: when you want to filter a list, search by something other than a name, or pull in archived records.
